No positive manegement, no fix salary date, always insult you in front of all staffs, guest, no proper management

No positive response from management, always judge you by your colour, looks, financial status,no job security while working with male employees and management, egoistic management who always thought about self growth, no bonus, no leaves, in short no policy for employees

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
