As Sales Manager company supported & gave all liberty to rebuild the brand, realign the trade, working culture of sales team, and develop all across phase wise was well achieved successfully Dhofar Poultry being a producer of Omani brand, could have more responsibilities & challenge on day to day working environment

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
