Nothing to like in this company... I only have bad experience in this company

Dislikes

I have not received one month salary for which I have worked. I have also complained this to partner of the firm. But still he did not respond. This company has managers who black mails the employees and does not gives salary on time and torchers each and every time stating your not eligible or fir for job. I have seen more than 7 to 8 employees leaving the job in last 5 months in this company

If u are giving ur hard time for growth,.the firm is not worth it .. poor culture , poor mentality.. everyday politics..and corruption. Even clients are unhappy and withdrawing audits.

Dislikes

1)Poor work culture and cultural racism is there .. partner level politics are there Even partners are also not in aligned. 2) professional PPL are encouraged, 3) if peer review is conducted, these must be under disciplinary actions. 4)CAs are not employed in statutory audit section, even if they are employed ,even if they are employed, they are so tortured with politics , they don't stay. 5) audit and audit report are again subjected to disciplinary actions 6) ultimately clients business are on stake . as they have politics inside and out .. hardly makes difference with professional ethics. 7) medium level employees are aged and not atall having updated knowledge They just copy and paste .. again ..their bread and butter is earned by sugarcoating the truth to the partners....Read More
