❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ ::::DON'T EVER JOIN BEFORE WATCHING THIS REVIEW:::: Hello a serious review: I joined this company which is having branch in electronic city where there is no verified land mark in google, I joined with a total 3 years of experience in "Production discipline" after all they took me as a trainee engineer by bluffing that you don't have an experience in core design or anything, still I had a certificates in certain design courses, one of the interviewer pushed my certificates by telling we don't required all these as a client, I respected their words by not knowing what they actually does in the next upcoming days, I thought that it might a great privilege to work in this org., but after all they didn't took any tool test to know my skill level, they coated me a monthly package of 20,000 after all deduction of health insurance and PF deduction I get around 17000 inhand for this labour work being a bachelor's engineer, still I accepted their apportionment order due to their pitch or whatever, after a days before joining day I got a call from the company saying you need to sign for the bond of 2 years which I got shocked after I got relieved from the previous org. Their was no option for me that I need to sign for that, Anyhow I joined the company, their was already a guy who was putted a paper and wants to go from this company with a notice period of 3 months, starting I thought he is a trainer for me but he is the one who is giving his responsibilities to me I didn't get any training from the day of joining I started learning the standards of the work, after few days they started sending a mail of job works without any training I didn't have a words to speak out regarding this but still I worked for 6 months to complete my probation period later after I got confirmed by words saying you got confirmed and I didn't receive any formal mail saying the same, still these days I am in a trainee position laughing at me what a beautiful management I joined, Again they bluffed me saying about the client and changed the team where I actually don't know the Structural since I am a mechanical engineer. Their they do only structural related works I started doing that where I used to go to company by 9 and coming back at 12 / 1 AM sometimes not only me all the team members use to but we are not having a mouth to speak, they don't give overtime money or anything for the work we did but still we need to work, I asked my Higher hierarchy saying I am not able to work in this team as I am not able to understand civil things where I learnt in mechanical discipline I am not able to dissolve this work, still they bluffed by saying there are not people to work you need to do there is no option okay with that type of toxic management we can't do anything we need to work there is no option I am still doing work in the same team up till date, They Said salary will get credited on or before 10th saying again on or before 10th of every month okay I changed the date of commitments to 12th, Afterall I got salaries on 14th, 13th and 12th some of the months if they ask management they tell that why you took loans etc. I got bounce on my EMI's and got charges for the same where they are not responsible for that, from past october we didn't receive PF amount credited in the account means from past 6 months if we ask them they say it's a technical issue, Coming to facility, woow they are doing a great part in this org. they are providing great unhygienic food where canteen is full of pigeons, unwashed water dispenser kept outside the office where it is very unhealthy, unserviced AC's showing we are having AC's office is attached with toilet where the unpleasant smell always be in the floor where we work, old age CPUs with having least RAM and ROM, they collect money from us to celebrate birthdays and company didn't give any penny to burst our stress after giving more stress. I know this review won't work but still I wrote to know about the company who wants to join and get growth in career.
