The salaries are low even the one year experienced team also getting same along with shift manager what is difference.. than.. the manager only doing extra hours for that they are giving extra salary or for skills even one year experienced manager getting only same salary I think lot of team members discontinued from this because oflow salary and no benefits at last managers only handling the store even mangers too discontinue if the same continued company culture was very poor they are only looking for sale and customer benefits not for people who are working in company .. dislikes...Read More
