To some extent Job is secure if you (employee) take risk on your own but there is not at all work culture and also company has no established policies except anyhow get your work done !!!

There is no work culture at all, fund is a big issue for completion of field work. You will have to chase account to get the fund for field work. Most of the time, it seems, it is employee responsibility to get the work completed., because no one is available to answer you / help you / facilitate your project that how the work/field work will be completed. Work Details

Majority of my work was related to field operations. As this company deals mainly in data collection, evaluation, planning, opinion polls. For this purpose I had to travel extensively for mobilization of research team / field team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
