Toxic workplace, Favourism, office politics and no work life balance, there is lot of discrimination in terms of allocation of work ,language discrimination if you know hindi then there is high chance of becoming manger’s favourite .otherwise they will ignore you and people and management makes your life hell here . And the decisions judgment of individuals will be taken based on the opinion of their favourite employees . You don’t get chance to speak at all . Environment makes your life hell here if any one is stronger enough to tolerate the harassment good to join here , other don’t see money and join here if you really need peace of mind . They may push a person to any extend even you may start getting suicidal thoughts after joining the team . Promotion and monthly recognition will be given Only to their favourite employees . Manager behaviour, in the mid night 2-3 clock they will call you and ask you tho submit you work no matter it’s urgent or not. I have seen people who got hospitalised and join very next day due to manager pressure. And the behaviours by the senior is remarkable. They will abuse you like hell. I have seen people went through counselling to get the smile bank on their face

U might get good technology learning opportunities here but again it depends on your luck if you get into good project.

Since 2022 it has transformed itself from a banking/product based culture to low grade service based company. Most of the people even with low salaries are getting bare minimum hikes 0-4% though they are hiring tons of VPs at 65-70lpa. I predict they will eventually be left with cunning lateral hired VPs who were some influential director's referrals and company might eventually will have to wind up operations in india outsourcing everything to service based company like they did last time....Read More

Even if you are deserving you will not be promoted. They will keep giving you false promises, this quarter and next quarter and then you are stuck there in hope. Hikes are bad 2%, 3% only. Sitting 8 hrs in office, even if you do not have any work.
