Terrible leadership. No work life balance. The President of Dentsu South is a big time creep. You're overworked and underpaid. The work culture is overall terrible. If you value your mental health, stay away from this place. Worst place to work.

Place for politics. Absolutely no support given to employees by managers. Extremely toxic environment that favors personal bias and partiality that goes unchecked and do not try raising it to senior authorities, you will be humiliated that will ultimately force you to quit. Some managers are plain bullies.
