There was nothing satisfactory for me to work there. Only one person (my senior) was supportive and really considered us.

Durimg training I was given between Rs3000 to 4000 a month. There was no formal training also. They made us work without giving us training. It was impossible to survive with such a less amount. They would expect you to work on sat or sun depending upon the deadlines and no compensatory leave was given. At times they made you work till 10 or 11pm and there were times when seniors worked till 5am in the morning went home and rejoined at 2pm the same day. There life was so stressfull. Also, they were neither given money for doing overtime nor were they given leave the next day to take rest. There is no quality work all they want is quantity of work....Read More

The best part of being an employee in DelveInsight is having a good work life balance ..you come at 9 and leave by 6 ( obviously u need to complete ur assigned work) .The work culture is very comfortable and friendly. Excellent for fresher's..they can learn alot and grow simultaneously but yes you need to take initiative inorder gain the maximum knowledge from ur seniors.
