One of the most toxic work cultures I have ever seen. The organization has no relationship with consulting or real consulting work. There are director level people using un-professional language and have no idea of handling senior executives. If you are not a boot licker, you will be harassed with over work, which is impossible tobe done. This is done just to create a story to escalate things to senior management. Project Management of the organization has no about a most important project management process - Effort Estimation. No baselines are created in a project besides over commitment to the client, making client suffer too. You will have no idea and no discussion will be done before changing your role. Your role will be changed then a task related to the changed role will be assigned, which is no where related to your core skillsets. If you fail, that becomes a point of escalation. Remember technology is a matter of change, but business process changes based on certain policies and standards. Here people have no relationship with Standards and Policies. I would also like to narrate a story here - I have an uncle, when he gets sick, he chooses to go to a doctor who is a gold medalist in specialty. The doctor prescribes the required drugs which could provide him the best help possible. My uncle returns with the prescription and visits a quack on the way to validate whether the drugs prescribed by a gold medalist doctors are correct or not." 1. Everything there is no work life balance you will get work all the time and get calls even on weekends 2. Lots of internal politics from co workers and managers who team up and pull you down 3. Just hiring and firing you can check their LinkedIn page they are hiring almost every month which is a major red flag as they create situations forcing employees to leave as soon as their project gets over 4.
