I liked the company culture the people surrounding here.

I work here as contractor after getting converted from Intern, No growth for us, getting converted for contractor to Permanent is nearly impossible, work like balance sucks, pay is nothing but a peanut for the amount work and time invested, everyday we have to work for more the 10 hours, on paper it is 5days working but almost everySaturday we have to work. Learning is zero for contractors. Being Contractor Resource I feel like I'm nobody to them just a resource who have to work tirelessly without appraisal & any kind of benefits. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
