1) I personally didn't like the way Upper management behaves 2) It's good to emphasize on learning but it shouldn't be like be a herd mentality. Just because you are paying us, that doesn't mean you can push people to take up FIs even when not mandatory and also do tones of mandatory courses, while at same time working for the client project. This is too dynamic situation, varying from person to person so have a hard rule doesn't work. They, of all, should know this. 3) No matter how streamlined any organisation is, you always have to be sugar sweet unnecessarily....Read More

Honestly I've seen no company like Deloitte caring so much for the employees.

Dislikes

The only con was due to our project which was pretty monotonous work and due to that I was not able to learn anything new and no valuable experience.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

one will feel insecure throughout, one would find it really hard to reach out for help, as all are too well versed with dumping it on others' shoulders. HR administration is running on auto mode. The work environment is highly negative on the work pressure side.
