Dell is a company where you get to learn lots and lots of things every single day. You must be highly competent to survive. Otherwise, the job will be stressful and you might want to quit.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. May be the shift patterns. We can't predict our next roll over. It will be very random including graveyard shift.

Dell is one of the best company in terms of Pay. The culture here is really good. Premises is wonderful. I started working with Dell in 2019 and i loved it and never wanna leave Dell.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
