I was hired in a Contract basis for Dell in payroll of Nityo Infotech. I find the work pressure was less. Training was only one day. As it was all on practical basis. So it was awesome to work. All were cooperative in term of work and help But as i was in contact, and it was 6mth , as my performance was upto the mark, but there were no extension of my tenure also i got to know before a week that they are going to release me on a week .All the thing were kept hidden from contract employee. So for the contract employee there is no future in Dell. Thank you Dell for this journey. As going forward I will make sure of all the aspect....Read More
