The work culture is very good. My Managers have given me space to work to my potential in my own best ways.(I must thank my Manager N.Haripriya for the 1000th time again). Dislikes

The thing i disliked was split-offs. As it was US process and always night shifts, it was tiring not to have continuous 2 day-offs. I must also add that My managers were happy with me swapping week-offs in most cases if need be. Career growth to the next role usually takes a long time(5-6 years minimum) in Dell. This is the way the company structures for the next role. The pay hikes are available nevertheless. The Cab facility is timely, Security(Polite & Curt) is good. The training is good and swift(just about 6 weeks). You should be prepared to learn by yourself to survive in Dell though help is always given if asked for....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
