Dell is one of the best companies to work with. I love the work culture in this company as its quite diverse and open to all kind of a place. Here no one would feel left out either in work, meetings, free time. The other best thing is the employees which are working do definitely have a great work ethics, friendliness, knowledge, helpfulness and many more. I really appreciate all the process that I personally had from the begining till the end. In the role that I was working in I had moved from process to process and have had worked on 4-5 different profiles within the span of 2 years which tags the word job security in it as Dell as an organization will never let their employees go even if the process moves to a different location, they always give us the proper trainings and help us move to the available process or the ones they have the requirement for. There is always a possibility of career growth in this org. only if one has the time and desire to learn and move forward in the direction they want to move, growth opportunities are endless in this org. that I can say proudly. One thing I would love to point out about my work in this company is about technology, I have learnt and am well versed with computers only because I work here, the knowledge this process and company gives is immense. Salaries are the best in Dell, you would certainly get great benefits in terms of Salary, Hike, bonus. Bonus is absolutely the best as you would never imagine how much you would get( a lot) Policies are in place, there are something that some might not like, but we can say there is nothing in this world without a pro and a con. Hence working in this place is considered the best in my experience and would love to know if Dell would receive an award and would be the happiest if it does. P.S. In my opinion there is no politics in which ever team I was working and have not seen anything like that in my 2 years tenure with any teams or management. Trainings are a little hassle as you do not get classroom trainings on production floor, all you get is a PDF file or a link to learn about the new topics or technology while at work. However, trainings initially is fun as they do have labs to work on both physical systems or virtual. A Lot of cross skillings within profile or outside, they can move us from one profile to another as per the requirement. Work life balance is a little rough during the week as the work goes on for hours and that makes us to sit in front of the system for hours together which sometimes makes us forget in taking breaks. But unlike other companies, I dont see my management calling me on weekends(which is good)....Read More

They reduced our targets considering COVID and for like 3-4 months we have to pay for internet bills after that they woke up and started to compensate 800 rupees. Nothing much I can say in terms of support.

Growth is stunted. Please do not join EMEA CSB worst place to work. we joined as account manager and now we are all are demoted to account representative. Higher management doesn't know how to manage and no support much from them. You can't complaint if you do consider yourself to be out. The way CSB work in EMEA is not good. ultimately, join Dell sales like ANZ/US but please do not join EMEA....Read More
