I was hired in a Contract basis for Dell in payroll of Nityo Infotech. I find the work pressure was less. Training was only one day. As it was all on practical basis. So it was awesome to work. All were cooperative in term of work and help But as i was in contact, and it was 6mth , as my performance was upto the mark, but there were no extension of my tenure also i got to know before a week that they are going to release me on a week . All the thing were kept hidden from contract employee. So for the contract employee there is no future in Dell. Thank you Dell for this journey. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My experience with Dell International Services India Pvt Ltd has been a fantastic roller coaster journey. If you are a person who would like to experience the tinge of being with the organisation and not, then this is must place to explore oneself for overall development. "Yes", you heard it right, I joined Dell on a Contract to Hire basis. The organisation works on different ratios of Regular Skilled and Highly Skilled employees linked to a particular department based on the skill set. Generally across the industries, employees working on a Contractual role have comparatively little less privileges than a full time employee. So is the case here too. However, there exists an extremely supportive system, if worked properly, can provide one with many a benefits. And I have been the lucky one to have grabbed the best of the journey though being in a Contractual role. Best part being gained the privilege and support of higher management through out my tenure. Within a short stint of two years, based on my work performance, I was moved up the ladder and it provided me with enormous flexibility for work life balance . Everything is very closely monitored and higher management is extremely efficient and functional. It gives an equal opportunity to everyone in Career development and presenting innovative ideas. The ratio of conversion from contract role to full time employee is also good. On the other hand, employees who have the privilege of being a full time employee have immense benefits- job security, travel opportunity, various training's, Work from Home option to name a few. Having said that there is politics, there are pull and push forces. But as it goes, "For Performer, Nothing Matters except the Journey". Employees working on a contractual basis have comparatively lesser privileges than a Full time employee which is same across any organisation and any industry. But the Best part is equal opportunity is given to all to become a full time employee.
