1 - Company Culture 2 - No wait time for salary gets credited every month on time.

Dislikes

1 - Less Salary 2 - Not allowing to take leaves even the leave balance is pending. 3 - Left the job only because of the leaves are not getting approved. 4 - Less Appraisal 5 - Working in the night shift for the long 2 weeks is directly affects on health 6 - No Induction session (Training Session) arranged in the beginning of the work.

Not about Delhivery, any company is defined by the manager you're working under. The current one, though on holiday had to join his every call when ever he wishes to have one. Though the shifts end at 6:30 and he keeps a call at 7:30p.m, as a LM manager or duty starts from morning 5, as we need to manage both the white and blue collar employees, and currently the call with Senior management team is going for 5hrs/day and we are not concentrating more on the ground team....Read More

beware of this worst courier commpany I have ever experienced in my whole life. service manager doesn't pick the calls, I didn't get the response from the raised query. and my parcel has been delayed for 6 days now. I still Have not received it yet as they don't understand the value of time and the things or documents of the personwhoever ordered. Companies who are using delhivery as B2B courier partner to ship their shipments has to stop using it as delhivery is totally irresponsible and unresponsive to the customers. *Team politics. *We can survive on Delhivery only when we stay as slave to the management. (It's only from the aspects of hub operations). *May be the goodwill of the company will go down. Better to close watch and impliment proffessional ethics and stream line to all department from altleast its managarial level.

People at junior level are very approachable and friendly with each other, tech skills growth is enormous.

Dislikes

Recent management changes have led to company wide attrition, due to poor behaviour with juniors.

Offer and onboarding of emplayee and technically sound and for client it is good company that tyey get algood services

No work life balance , terrible presure and unethically practices , tourture on the name of presure resignation , not supprt in appraisal, boss takes toooo much of disadvantages and do not fulfill then the put under pnp with no reason, have very terrible and bad mentall situation for work
