Work culture was good early but now there situations are very different.all are giving pressure on lm team for which are not in sop.

Dislikes

There is no support for group team and also appraisal and promotion are not happening from their old team They just Hiring their coligue or friends.

I liked the job only because of of career growth and and opportunities were wide andthe company culture

Dislikes

I liked the job but because I was fresher and my teammates were most needed but the outcome was different they were really never supportive. Most of the time I had to contact other departments to make out my work. But the thanks ot helped me in my experience and learning.

Work Details

It was terrible. Expected my seniors or team mates could be of any help. Had to work with the help of other teams and that is what gave me gap between it. Learning is my habit and I would not miss on anything. Different teams different roles a
