We were having Backend (input horizon) but now it is being migrated to SAP that means in near future I don't see the learning opportunities will be the same. You can be fired at any time without prior notice one of my colleague has been fired same way.

Over all very bad management rules senior not responding any problem resolution. Senior ki answer hota hai tum dekhlo my kuchh bhi nahi karsakte hai

All senior not responsible any meeting not joi meeting asking everything group massage only not answering positive and energetic, Office timing 09:30 AM but manager everytime argument reached at 09:00 AM. Dear friends please don't joi believe me veryfiy first

Worst HR ,HR is neutral here ,not respond ur call ,not bother about the employees problem ,too much internal politics. Most important message Job is not secure here ,they can kick out u any time .u can check out company lay off record from any of the exist employees.

at the time of full and final payment they deducted full month salary for no reason,when i called HR they never picked the call,very bad experience working here. Plus this company HR is handled by very incompetent people there focus is to just give bare minimum to employees. You cant stay here for long very less job security.
