There can be a lot of learning done as the company is a startup. They use tools like SAP, moengage, tableau which are good

Job security is very very less. The culture is not good as the management reminds you everyday that you can be fired and the management is not clear with the ask. One day something else is planned and the next day something else is executed

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
