The Salary credit is always on time. The company follows proper holiday calendar Since it is an Indian company, it makes you work a lot but that becomes an advantage for a fresher to learn much more in short time.

Politics - This is at the worst of what someone can expect. The Executive Director who is supposed to be a guiding light is quite the opposite. He has a selected base of people he takes and gives favour to, the way ge deals with HR is a complete manipulation, as he would pretend that he tried his best to do you a favour but on the other hand is working alongside HR to make your life worse and snatch away your opportunities for his selected favourite. (Which of course is a constant bystander in his office) The HR head and her entire department believes to be the king of the world. Trying to get the hands over the company, they make absurd rules and policies that help her and only her. Need a lot of improvement in behaviour and the ability to take and accept criticism. 1. Increments and promotions are done for sycophant employees only (no performance based on evaluation). Increments are done very late like sep-oct and forget your increments if you are on resignation at the time of increments even though you have worked almost full year. 2. Managers are rude especially IDC department. No proper team to execute projects. Senior Managers have 0 tech skills, Just talk rubbish. No work life balance, you can be called any time 24*7 work Even Saturday Sundays in IDC department. literally no work life balance. People have too much ego issues. No job security. No appraisals on time. Bad HR policies.

Top management especially GM from IDC are politicians without any technical knowledge. They claim themselves to be tech giant and have achieved a lot in life but the truth is just opposite. Just fake. Just pretending fake and harrasing people is all they know. They torture and threaten you when you speak for yourself. Success to anyproject never comes when people are fake and very egoistic and the results are seen to everyone. Never ever join IDC.
