The team is very supporting and guiding, and i got a chance to learn many new skills , they never demotivate anyone even if someone does something wrong they support them and very polietly guide them. They have been a big helping hand in my overall development and in boosting my confidence and morale.

I love working with my Team mates because we are nurturing this Business for the sake of students from Class 5 to 12 and it gives us a honour saying that Intellify has been nurtured with students across India and this gives us a overall report card that our business is growing because we care students across all demographics and geographies.

Dislikes

I don't dislike anything about my team because I cherish every moment with all the IITians.I love my team for the opportunity that have transferred to my hands and I will keep loving them for what they are going to be 5 years down the line .We are progressive and stepping very carefully on the Educational and Training Platform

Work Details

It is very hectic once we have jotted down our plans for the half year. It takes my team huge comaradierie and huge allocation of budgets to plan out skill development workshops and Training for students across all age groups
