Everything. Bad choice to join the company. Director of engineering never allow his team to grow and explore. Fire people without any fault and any notice Big Liar... Says employees are there family but never stand by there side in worst situation Fired 40+ employees when COVID was nust started. Without any reason and notice Bad increment policy.

Not good. Nothing new to learn. Director of engineering don't allow his team to grow and explore. Big politics played by him. Not allow his team members to explore client side to see actual problem which occus when the softwrae is in production
