Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. For fresher DPA is the best company.

There is a 3month notice period...As well as we can use only 1 compensatory off in a month.. Salary is decent.

The company is pretty laid-back, so laid-back they hardly notice hard work. So, no one does - work hard, I mean.

Dislikes

There's a list of things I dislike about the company: 1. It's unhygienic at its best! 2. Temperature is freezing cold, could make you feel like you're in Antarctica. 3. Underappreciated, and next to no incentives provided. 4. CTC is possibly the lowest they could provide, dry promotions are a usual occurence here. 5. Leaves are hardly granted. 6. Next to no work-life balance, no overtime paid 7. Got to learn how to copy paste in different ways, that's all. 8.
