There is totally waste of your time. They don't have knowledge how qorks will perform in shop floor. Salary not credited to time. No future in this company of smart employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
