Very bad management approach towards engineers, first they hire engineers after finishing work plan all departments engineers works at assembly lines as a operators and system managers of perticular department do not support they allow to work on production assembly lines and due to the loss of job and not have new opportunity in the market all b.tech and diploma polytechnic experienced employees works on line untill they get new opportunity or wait to call back to department for which they are hired, so skill development, no any growth, sirf gadho ki tarah kaam karte rho.....worst culture In covid-19 I do not any support from March to till May 17 and I again started working from 18 may 21 then I got salary of 14 days...Read More

No job security, No training, no career growth, no salary appraisal, very high politics, no learning, work environment in worst for engineers, no work life balance

They hires engineers but when you enter you will feel you are doing nothing more than as a operators if department do not have work plan then they shift all other departments engineers to be work on production assembly lines....very worst management

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
