Some of the colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

Toxic culture. Very bad and employee deprivation or impediment policies. The company has only given 12 SL and CL combined. Only 10 holiday in a year. Here you can not discuss your issues with senior or HR, if you do you will be penalized. They changed notice period from 1 month to 3 months and you can not negotiate to reduce it. And for that 3 month notice period you will not get salary you will get that 3 months money along with your FNF. After 2 years the employees only got 1 appraisal that too from 6-10% only. They have canteen which provides bad food for 70 rupees per plate that too they add in company benefits. At the time of hiring they told that cabs will be provided and after joining they said no cabs will be given. Very bad and toxic culture....Read More
