Toxic culture. Very bad and employee deprivation or impediment policies. The company has only given 12 SL and CL combined. Only 10 holiday in a year. Here you can not discuss your issues with senior or HR, if you do you will be penalized. They changed notice period from 1 month to 3 months and you can not negotiate to reduce it. And for that 3 month notice period you will not get salary you will get that 3 months money along with your FNF. After 2 years the employees only got 1 appraisal that too from 6-10% only. They have canteen which provides bad food for 70 rupees per plate that too they add in company benefits.
