Worst Organization. I used to hear it was very good few years back liken recognition for your work and good opportunities for performers. But, now this company became worst and it's culture became very poisonous. I would not suggest anyone to join here. It has 0 means 0 job security even if you had worked here for years. In the month of May, 2023, they asked an entire team from Hyderabad to leave on the same day. And few more people from Pune. A guy from Pune who worked for more than 3 years was also asked to leave on the same day. Few months before this, 2 delivery managers from Hyderabad were asked to leave in similar way. And, worst part is one of the delivery manager was called to Pune and informed this news there. This is kind of treating people with no value....Read More
