No support, compulsion on coming office. You need to have a liability to overcome the compulsion.

Dislikes

There is no job security, don't care about the employee. "we aren't here to make your carrier, we are here for the business" said by the higher authority. I guess this explains everything..

Work life was good. Decent opportunities

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
