Training provided by seniors and the seniors are supportive they give us clear picture about work. company environment nice

Work pressure is high it's very difficult to work in pressure and extra hours sometimes the coordinator are not supportive in problem and also they do partiality also they didn't provide us on job training and expectations are so high from a interns their is lot of politics and appreciation level is so low basically they didn't give you credit for your work.
