Hybrid work culture is so amazing and It allows to do focus on productivity while being at home. There is no such work related pressure. Loved doing daily assigned tasks and responsibilities.

There is no proper management to provide a healthy environment. Office work culture is kind of bossy. Management behaves like it is a government owned company. HR does not involve in serious issues where their involvement is vital and important they only listen to their managers and managers do listen out their pets only. Everyone including manager and HR they focus on their work and business only. They do not care about the image of the company and your effort and work will not get valued here if you're not a part of their gossip group. They actually promote office politics. Politics is a very big thing here. If you really care about your peace of mind and a healthy environment please avoid joining here specially Kanshika's R&A team. You hardly get your feedback and suggestion from the TL and Manager infact there is no such transperancy in the system and there is no proper training mechanism and bossy employees dominate on newly on boarded employees and despite all if you are complaining about such things then your complain would not get addressed here infact it becomes just a part of gossip in your absence. Suggestion - Company needs to focus on making a good and healthy work environment and must reshuffle the management. This is not just my opinion only I have heard the same from employees including ex HR recruiter and bunch of existing and ex employees....Read More
