In Datamatics I had worked in bsh process this ist he German based process but the process is terrible the tl's and managers were not appreciating there employees and they are more partial for there friends. This process is not giving any career growth. They are not giving holidays also even in case if the employee is sick or not they always force them to work. My experience was so bad at this process.
