It's one of the worst company to work with.. Here there is no such thing called management.. Even after getting appreciation for my work ,instead of getting confirmed within 3 months I got my confirmation after 1.5 years,I complained to the management , I mailed 100 times about my increments and confirmation der was no reply, wen asked personally dey would give lame reply, after getting confirmed even after promised dat der would be 30% hike but it was just 5% hike wen asked again no reply...I was suppose to get shifted for an mvc project but my new so called TL ( who already had grudges on me and also had threatened me many times dat my certificate wont be given which I submitted at the time of joining also threatened me dat i will be blacklisted if i dun listen to him even if its totally BS and not related to my work I was being abused by him many times which again I complained many times to d management but no action was taken instead dey changed my team saying dat I dint perform well, like it took 1.5 years for their TL to understand my performance level...this shows how good he is with his work) ,n so I lost dat mvc project and got shifted to a project which was totally a shit...Der is noone here to listen to u even if u are facing problem due to any fellow colleague...I wud hav left dis company long back but dey had my original certificates submitted and 2 years bond which dey said dat dey will return only after I complete my bond...And yes derz no such thing called increment....u get nothing..no diwali bonus..nothing..N d guy who harassed and abused me is Deepak Chaudhary....dis guy will make sure dat by any chance god knows y he tàkes things personally, he will do anything to ruin ur career..N companies like datacomp encourages such people.....Total waste of time.......Read More
