I am working as a Machine/Deep Learning Engineer for the past 1+ year, I work mainly on Computer Vision and Edge devices like Nvidia Jetson, T4. My work includes creating POC, deciding project architecture, and leading the product development.

very unethical. I approached them about one of the issues they were facing and they took my contact and contacted me on my WhatsApp. they did not initiate a contract negotiation and as I was new on the Upwork platform. I was not sure if I should discuss the contract before providing my services. anyway, as per our discussion on thecall, we agreed that I would be paid after the issue resolution. I had 2 meetings 1 hour each to help them resolve their issue, also worked on a POC to guide them to resolve their issue in the Azure function. Later once the issue was resolved, the HR partner became evasive and later on denied any compensation or appreciation for my 1 day of effort....Read More
