I am working as a Machine/Deep Learning Engineer for the past 1+ year, I work mainly on Computer Vision and Edge devices like Nvidia Jetson, T4. My work includes creating POC, deciding project architecture, and leading the product development.

I have been working in the company for 3 months. The company provides a motivated yet fun-filled atmosphere with the right balance of work and various other activities. I love the fact that the founders are result-driven and motivate to help you gain as much exposure as possible. The team is highly skilled and agile-minded. The company offers a flexible work schedule.

I had the opportunity to work at DataToBiz as a Data Scientist Intern in 2019. My overall experience about this company was good. Mostly, I liked the co-operative environment created by the founders which motivated us to produce productive work. The idea sharing events on a cup of tea are always memorable to me. This company even provides certain perks and benefits to the interns as well. They throw parties during special occasions. They also help and motivate people who are looking for higher education. very unethical. I approached them about one of the issues they were facing and they took my contact and contacted me on my WhatsApp. they did not initiate a contract negotiation and as I was new on the Upwork platform. I was not sure if I should discuss the contract before providing my services. anyway, as per our discussion on thecall, we agreed that I would be paid after the issue resolution. I had 2 meetings 1 hour each to help them resolve their issue, also worked on a POC to guide them to resolve their issue in the Azure function. Later once the issue was resolved, the HR partner became evasive and later on denied any compensation or appreciation for my 1 day of effort....Read More
