I have Started my carrier with Data Template and It's been two and half years now. This is Good Platform to learn new things not only about working skill and also the personal development skills. The People are very friendly and very supportive. I can definitely say DT is the best to start the carrier.

There is nothing about dislike but there is a bit delay for processing the appraisal.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Dislikes

There is no work balance, even though you hav to stay whole night. Weekend is just so called leave, after start project they push to come in Saturday and Sunday also. Management is not cooperating they follow micro management.

without giving proper intimation they can layoff the people whoever not working in projects and also bond system if they want to remove no notice period serve they will tell your last date like within two weeks, if we want to go we need to serve notice period 3 months.
