Company office working environment is very bad , especially for a women employee(single women employee in co.), Company policies are not good like very less leaves(23 annual leaves) and not possible to take leaves whenever required since team streagth is very small (5), company won't give festival leaves and government holidays(including both only 5), Manager decision will be final decision for everything (employees can't tell their opinion that may be for right things also). No career development opportunity and knowledge improvement facilities. After lockdown released no work from home even in the corona virus pendamic situation (employees going office from June 2020).Only because of doing cost cutting removed experienced senior employees and recruited less experienced candidates with lesser salary pay for replacement in lockdown situation.
