Data-Core is one of the worst companies in Kolkata when it comes to work culture, management and company policies. There is lots of nepotism and politics in this company. The people who are the best workers are never given the credit and the management ensures that they are struck at the same position and never given salary raise orpromotion for many years like 6-7 years. Terrible infrastructure. Employees facing daily software issues. They don't even bother to solve the issues rather they pressurize towards production. Even the work load is not sufficient, they will keep forcing employees to do work and ask to compensate the work as well . Even on weekends, TL forces to work . Very bad work culture.

Hr is controlled by 2 manager and if they does not like you they target you and give mental pressure and the worst part is internal politics if you Licking their feet and the male TL who is a worst part of the company he needs every females are surrounded him and if someone are not around to him they give you worst client and that's how she/he could not complete the target.
