Excellent product, so many learning opportunities. You will be challenged with so many situations and team leaders will help you to solve it if needed. Reachablity is so high, you can talk to anyone at anytime

Dislikes

They are not hiring right people on senior roles. Old seniors and newly hired leaders are amazing but this loophole creates hell lot of pressure on executives. Team management and leadership is a skill and that needs to be noticed while hiring any senior manager role.

Dirty politics in engineering team CTO don't even hesitate to use F@cuk words They can fire u, whenever they want. U will be working on 24/7. Appraisals depend upon your manager not on your performance. They don't pay performances bonus Those folks who are close to CTO, They can ask him to fire u whenever they want.
