Abusive and tyrant leadership, they talk like they own you and you have to be always polite to their rudeness (no job security otherwise) Forget your weekends you will be expected to "finish" overallocated work on weekends Micromanagement in your personal life as well (if you have any energy left) No job security and dictatorship culture (you can get fired any time without any sufficient reason) No learning opportunity as they work on super old stack and expect you to clean their mess and scold you for their own problems No culture - just everything on CTO/CEOs will basis. Absolutely nothing. They think giving goodies to employees every now and then would improve the overall experience for them.

Their is no absolutely no concept of work life balance here. The superiors and management is very rude and turn their backs on whenever asked for help or direction. Even if you try to raise any sort of concern to the HR it backfires and suddenly eveeything is on YOU! I wonder if the top management is aware of what actually goes on within the teams. No wonder they've seen so much of attrition recently, none of the colleagues I worked with are working for them anymore. A consultant is handed over with so many projects to work on at once, thinking that they would somehow juggle<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is absolutely no job security here as well</mark>. If you are looking for starting your journey as a consultant do your self a favour and don't join here. There's no growth and even after earning the title of a "Unicorn" organization they went ahead and cut off our CTC and removed the variable pay as a part of ctc, making it seemed like they are actually paying us more, but in reality this was just a pathetic move to retain the employees in the organization. If you see the bigger picture here, it turned out to be disadvantageous for us employees, as when we would try to move to another job on the basis of the ctc we would be paid lesser than what we would have been offered with the earlier pay structure.
