I am a trany QA assistant in Darshan chemicals. I am a part of QA Department I have per month salary is12000. All over the company environment is very good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but grewth is very slow. Manager do not value an individual unique strength and employee they does not give training setp by step or proper. They does not give a chance to show talents.
