Likes

1) Good work culture with enough scope for career growth. 2) HR team focuses on increasing the global interaction between teams. 3) Job security is also good as everyone is trying their best. 4) Management is focusing on new technologies so future path is quite clear.

Dislikes

Since company has acquired couple of businesses recently (which is good), it will take some time to figure out few things but higher management is trying their best to resolve those issues, so nothing to dislike as such.

Work Details

In my career of 5yrs this is the best company in all aspects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
