Job Security is very good here. Work Culture is good. Management is good. ( HR department is very bad here, Less educated people and their Management is very bad as I felt ) Company Policies are overall average

Dislikes

There is no training program for any trainee, No Skill development program, old culture, old system, Plant don't have a single good pc to work on, Less educated staff as usual in every Sugar Industry.

My work life is average as my boss is a very bad person, Not educated, egoistic, not much knowledgeable, that's why life is not much better here.

None of above all facilities. They only provide accommodation on chargeable basis, Mess is pathetic. Not a single good facility to describe.

Trainings requires in sap and GST, job security is there, we have to show who am I, yearly once appraisal, so many thinks we have learn in Dalmia, work environment is need to improve in infrastructures, we are unable to give some time to family..

Dislikes

Improvement needs in sap training and implementation, due to work pressure unable to give some time to kids.

Expert in accounts payable and receivable, mis data on working capital, cash plan, handling auditors queries, month end activities like, GRIR clearing, vendor clearing, GL clearing, BRS and vendor reconciliation.
