There is no job security. Work culture is not good. There is favouritism for some staff by HOD. Company policies are good but HR department of Our Kolhapur Unit does not implement the company policies well.

There is low man power for Power plant only. You can't get weekly off here. Plant runs 10 months annually. During this time you can't get leaves also. There is no reliver. When ever you ask HOD about Weekly off, they directly says," if you want to work you have to work like this otherwise gate is open, give resign and get out." If you want leave you have to adjust with other engineers that they should work for 12 hours duty. And the adjustment also done by you only. Superior does not play any role in this. We have done complaints for that to HR but can't get positive response. Every year our all weekly off lapsed. We done approximately 30-35 times 12 hours duty. We can't get public holidays also. We can't get any extra allowance or Overtime for that<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. We are working here just because salary is regular</mark>.
