No sufficient Manpower for power plant in kolhapur sugar Unit. That's why you can't take single weekly off in whole year. If you want leave you have to adjust another reliver for 12 hours or 16 hours duty. DGM Power plant Mr. Mishra is arrogant. Doesn't respond engineers problem. If you tell some issue like listed above , he directly tell that if you want to work then work like the same, otherwise gate is open. Company doesn't required you. So request everyone do not apply for position in power plant of Dalmia Sugar Kolhapur unit. Other dept are good in same unit. During corona we work 12 hours duty continuously for 4 months but there is no value of such sacrifice.........Read More
