Nothing specific - due to nature of business - you have to give equal importance to operations and service so that takes away some personal time - you will become efficient after understanding and following processes if you are willing to invest your time

One of the second best company I have worked with which believes in balancing the work life balance of people, impacting not only their own employees but initiating a change in client organisation. The Leadership of the company not only believes but follows open door policy. They believe in the well being of the individuals. The management not only believes in training but also upgrading the knowledge of colleagues through various platforms. The team whether Sales, Training, Allocation, Human Resources, Facilities share cordial relationship with each other. Generally the environment is conducive. Dislikes

This is an individual perception. The only point where I had disconnect with the organisation was when certain individuals do well, they try to demean the other colleagues in various way directly or indirectly. Although Organisation tried to correct it but it put a dent in the working culture for me.
