New training methodology and introduction to a brand called Dale Carnegie

It is the lousiest environment to work in...... They should hire machines and not human beings....The concept of Work-Life balance does not exist at all... The Walchand group which owns the Dale Carnegie franchisee in India is misusing the brand name to its advantage. I will not suggest this company to even an enemy of mine.

The most autocratic and pensive environment I have ever worked in. Employee engagement does not exist in the culture..... They treat their employees like commodities.

One of the second best company I have worked with which believes in balancing the work life balance of people, impacting not only their own employees but initiating a change in client organisation. The Leadership of the company not only believes but follows open door policy. They believe in the well being of the individuals. The management not only believes in training but also upgrading the knowledge of colleagues through various platforms. This is an individual perception. The only point where I had disconnect with the organisation was when certain individuals do well, they try to demean the other colleagues in various way directly or indirectly. Although Organisation tried to correct it but it put a dent in the working culture for me.
