They don't trust, they don't have patience and they don't believe. They think they are the superior. I worked for six months but they did not give my appointment letter despite my constant follow up since very begining till last month. My salary was decided Rs. 133333/- per month (with out PF deductions, TDS will be deducted every month) and my conveyance was deducted Rs. 8/- per km and it was decided that I can go directly to my meetings from my home without visiting to D P Garg office in Phase II Noida. And it was been told that one day (Every Saturday) I have to be in office for verbal updates for last entire weeks work to Directors ( Mr. Sandip Garg and Mr. Anuj Agarwal). They did not pay my all dues (Salary deduction 25000/- every month for five months (Without any reason). In total my dues from company approx Rs. 240000/-. But till date I did not received my entire dues. I submitted second hand laptop (It was broken while received), mobile handset, adaptor and charging cable while leaving company.
