The training period is 6 months and they provide chillar in that but the amount of work load they give in that is of way more. They should give more salary in training as well.

Only Learning phase is good inside cyntexa

It doesn't provide any experience letter and relieving letter for 70-80% of the employee of company.It also makes employees career to the negative side because give the negative reviews inside the termination letter.maximum employees phasing the same issue ,even the employee also have 1.75 yr experience except the training.

Nothing as such, whatever perks they are providing to an employee that are the common one which every company provides.

Work culture is very toxic, you have to sign a bond of 2 years which says that if you leave the company before 2 years then you have to pay around 2.5-3 lakh rupees, which gives them the power to exploit its employees as they know if an employee wants to leave then he has to give huge money. As soon as bond get over more then 90% employee resign which shows about this company culture and ethics

I like the flexible timings over here, i can come anytime. Environment is good and chill. I learned a lot. My team is very good and helpful. Everyday I am learning new skills and software (some names are never heard before).

CYNTEXA internal policies are always making employees life difficult and they have worst senior resources and expects 6 months trainee to get cleared for 5 years jobs role at client and different projects

Cyntexa is a growing company so it doesn't have the a particular box in which they want their employees to fit in. Every individual's positive aspects are encouraged here. One thing I really like about the company is their preference to skills over degrees.

no likes worst CEO with cheap thinking and handling company as a bloating ship kept on track with politics and partiality

Dislikes

everything from Managers with no background into the particular field, wife of CEO is HR manager, friend of CEO is sales director, Sales and Marketing Manager has no experience into either. CTo is an exception from all these people. He is the only good hearted person in the company rest are all kites whom Shrey Sharma is flying high.
